Chloe Price is a rebellious, punk rock style teenager, born and raised in Arcadia Bay. As a child, she grew up with the main character of the main life Is Strange game, Max Caulfield, as a normal, well behaved and tempered girl. Unfortunately, her father died in a tragic car crash, and Max left on the day of the funeral, to head for Seattle with her family.
From then onwards, Chloe's attitude drastically changed. As more and more people started to leave her, she fell out with the world and everyone in it one by one. In Life Is Strange: Before the Storm it was clear that she kept some of her kind heart, however, she was locked up emotionally and pushed people away. Up until she met a girl called Rachel Amber, who got under her skin and allowed her to find a grasp on friendship once more, as well as a budding romance.
Chloe faces issues regarding PTSD, depression, and anxiety. She has visions of her father, her ex best friend Max Caulfield and sometimes herself. Whom of which attack her in her mind, leaving her in uncontrollable states of panic, sadness and anger. WHEN THIS HAPPENS, SHE RARELY HAS THE ABILITY TO CALM HERSELF DOWN AND OFTEN SEEKS THE COMFORT OF HER BEST FRIEND, RACHEL AMBER. AS OF NOW, ANYONE ELSE ONLY SEEMS TO CAUSE HER TO FEEL WORSE, UNINTENTIONALLY.
CHLOE CURRENTLY DOES NOT LIVE MUCH OF A PRODUCTIVE LIFE. SINCE BEING EXPELLED FROM BLACKWELL ACADEMY, SHE'S BEEN ANXIOUSLY SEARCHING FOR THE THING SHE WANTS TO DO - WHAT SHE WANTS HER FUTURE JOB TO BE, WHERE SHE WANTS TO GO AND WHO SHE TRULY WANTS TO BE AROUND. THIS CONFUSION AND STRESS LEADS TO HER DRINKING A LOT, AS WELL AS SMOKING A LOT OF WEED, JUST TO EASE HER EVER WORSENING MENTAL HEALTH. THIS, HOWEVER, ONLY LEADS TO MORE PROBLEMS, AS SHE
FINDS HERSELF OFTEN GETTING INTO TROUBLE WITH THE POLICE, OR FALLING FURTHER AND FURTHER INTO DEBT TO FRANKS BOWERS.
